The Seat 124 is one of the star vehicles of our company, we have manufactured and designed a large part of its components to take them to another level in competition.

In the engines section, with the great help provided by Guy Croft, which we have to mention and much to thank for the involvement in our company and, of course, for their great work over the years with their new parts and designs that we proudly use. and distribute.

We must also mention our great motorcyclist Carlos Mateos for his high demand and quality of work carried out, which has taken the progress we have made to a new level.

In the following paragraphs we will detail a little our work with these cars, developments and conclusions.

It should be noted the new stroker kit consisting of crankshaft and forged connecting rods of the highest quality and hardness that increases the displacement from a 1995cc to 2200cc, with which we have not only increased the power and the means perhaps more than expected, this has created a version engine operating at low engine speeds which increases the life of a racing engine with exceptional performance and linear power delivery from low rpm and which also improves and facilitates driving these cars.

In new manufacturing, it is also worth mentioning the suspension system from 1 to 3-way, in which the Engimek company has been deeply involved and with a total disposition for constant improvements and modifications until we have achieved an almost perfect balance for these cars,

An important improvement has also been made in brakes, creating an Ap racing kit with which we have been able to reach 267 mm in diameter for a 13 "rim with more modern brake calipers. We have achieved a great improvement in braking compared to 4-piston brakes. of the time.

In the direction we have taken advantage of parts of the 131 abarth gr4 such as axial, pinion and rack with the contribution of several ratios and ball joints, along with the different measures of linkages and a good electric steering becomes docile and a car faster.

The new carburetor simulation injection systems so as not to lose the aesthetics of the vintage engine, has led us even more in the delivery of power and configuration of the engines, of course with the esteemed help of Ramiro Calvo, another eminence in the electronic section that manages to get the most power from our engines without forgetting the reliability.

Continuing with the electronics section we have a novelty that should be mentioned, taking advantage of the modern technology of the R5 and of course by having the person who can make this a reality in our cars we have gone one step further with the incorporation of a sliding control programmable, nothing to do with a traction control that limits the rpm, this system adjusts a percentage of slippage that becomes negligible from the outside of the car, being able to combine it with different electronic maps that we can vary according to the conditions of the terrain, weather, etc. , in our cars the improvement obtained is unimaginable since with the new much more powerful engines and a small 13 "rim they become very delicate and complex to drive, which entails a much simpler driving and an improvement in times especially in conditions adverse.

We are also going to mention the electronic automatic exit control system, the ecu management regulates at all times the exit of the car making it incomparable with a conventional exit control with manual action, gaining even 1 second in one exit, incorporating two options, the first it disconnects by itself when exceeding for example 45 km / h and a second option of automatic activation at any point in the route when there is a decrease in speed until the car is almost stopped, such as a junction, an exit, etc. it is automatically activated from new.

Cooling improvements with new aluminum triple core radiators and dual racing spal fans.

The lubrication, one of the most important parts in these engines, we will highlight the work carried out on the crankshaft such as the lubrication tears, the partitioned winged sump system designed by Guy Croft and of course the dry sump kit with Titan pump that has been for us an incorporation of the most needed in these engines.

The re-programmable electronic ignition system of 123ignition regulated by positions, bluetooth, pc or mobile phone, is a more than recommended option for these engines, which we have also designed and reformed to be able to place in the block.

In conjunction with Guy Croft we have manufactured specific 8 and 16 valve exhaust manifolds and tested in a power bank to obtain better performance and final power, after building an engine with careful and studied flow meter, the exhaust output is as important as the intake, each of these details is what makes the difference in an engine built by Mcj Abarth.

The Mcj Abarth rear bridge has been a great improvement in performance and resistance, we are based on the bridges used by some rigid bridge B groups, the shape and size of the bearings as well as the resistant bearings without forgetting the quality and performance of the self-locking disc differential.
